Project pitch

Overview and rationale of the opportunity

In the current competitive environment, people are becoming very health-conscious, and as a result of this, their lifestyle is also changing. Moreover, with the changes in the current lifestyle and working pattern the people have become a lot health conscious. They prefer to consume products and services which are healthy, and as a result of this, the organic food industry is increasing. Along with the food, the beverages are also coming in an organic taste. A business opportunity identified with the market research is the development of a healthy energy drink (Mayho et al, 2023). The reason for selecting the current opportunity as the business idea is that it will assist the business in attracting consumers and enhance the overall working of the company. The present idea will assist the business in enhancing the capability of company to a great extent. Also, when the business is based on the recent trends, it assists the business in gaining a large market share and attracting more people.

Project scope

Objectives

  • The objective of the current project is to start a business which deals in healthy energy drinks for highly health-conscious people.
  • Another objective is to increase sales by at least 10 % by the end of the first working quarter.

Key deliverables

  • The key deliverable of the current project will include providing a product of good quality at and reasonable rate to the consumers.
  • Another deliverable will include providing effective discounts to the customer so that they are highly attracted towards the buying of the new product of energy drink.

Assumption

  • It is assumed that the estimated cost will not be increased, and all the work of the business will be done according to the planned performance.
  • In addition to this, it is also assumed that there will not be any external changes which will affect the business and its operation (Jaeger, Harker and Ares, 2023).

Constraint

The constraint can include the financial constraint, as the management of finances is difficult for the new business. For running the new business, there are a lot of requirement of the finance and in case it will not be available timely then will be impacting the initiating of business.

In addition to this time constraint can also face constraints at the time of initiating the business (Taecharungroj and Prasertsakul, 2023). It is because there are chances that the deadlines are not met, or the changes in the external environment can affect the timely completion of the new business school
