CHAPTER ONE: Introduction 1.1 Research Background The Crew Resource Management is defined as a training procedure which is used within the aviation industry to ensure that human errors are negligible and the management and safety within the aviation operations are effective. Within the aviation operation, there are many chances of air accidents which can happen due to different issues like flight data recorders, cockpit voice recorders and others. Thus, to manage all these the effective resource management training is required and is assistive in improving the operational efficiency and safety of the aviation operational activities.
